I have been dealing with this pain for about a month now and i couldnt explain what the heck it was or where exactly it is. It happened overnight when i was sleeping on my side and when i sleep i keep rolling on to it leaving me in the same pain day after day. I have watched videos after videos and went a massage therapist, which made it worse btw, and still it was never quite the right spot. This description is dead on! I was taking advil daily for it but it didnt seem to even touch it. Now i have answers. Today i did electrotherapy on it which allowed me to do my work without near as much pain. Tonight i am going to tiger balm it and wrap it up to see if that can help the healing process, but i am also going to do every single thing you just mentioned bc out of about 50 videos yours was exactly what i needed! thank you so much!

I was thinking of doing high reps low weight and taking medicine of course. The injury is right below my shoulder blade. Also how do I know if I shouldn’t be doing high reps low weights, like what would my body responses be. Thanks

So glad this popped up on my RUclips feed. I am at 4 wks non weightbearing from tibial plateau fracture and mcl avulsion fracture and developed blood clots. The depression has been horrible but after watching this video. I have hope. My ortho PA gave me a hinged race at 2 weeks and. Said weight bearing as tolerated. All my research said non weightbearing for at least 6 wks. Told physio and she researched and said no weight bearing That same PA ignored my calf pain when I asked if possible blood clot. Week later, ER for blood clot diagnosis. Moral: research for yourself so you can address issues and concerns. This video is o godsend! Thank you so much.
